Серія брошур започаткована ініціативою childrenrigths.info навесні 2022. Третя частина щодо права на сім’ю підготовлена в рамках ГО “Стаття 3“.

Право дитини на сім’ю визнане всіма культурами різних країн. І воно залишається одним з найуразливіших за випадків збройних конфліктів.

У брошурі розглянуто деякі впливи війни на сім’ю, такі як:

розлука з батьками,

маніпуляції розлученнями в умовах війни,

сімейне влаштування дітей-сиріт,

деякі аспекти використання репродуктивних технологій.

Ці виклики мають бути зафіксованими та стати помітними на національному та міжнародному рівнях, аби зробити практику захисту прав дітей кращою, де можливо, вже сьогодні, а також відкрити діалог щодо забезпечення найкращих інтересів дитини та права на сім’ю в умовах збройних конфліктів.

The series of brochures «Childhood in War» was launched in spring 2022 within
childrenrights.info initiative to communicate the situation of children’s rights during the
international armed conflict in Ukraine, and keep being prepared within CSO “Article 3”.

Children’s rights to family are recognized by different countries and in different cultures.
However, this right is one of the most unprotected in the front of armed conflicts.

The publication includes following content:

separation from parent(s),

attempts to abandon a child,

situation of caring for orphans,

an overview of using reproductive technologies.

These issues require thorough documentation and global recognition to significantly improve the fulfillment of children’s rights. Today, we are at a critical juncture to engage in a meaningful dialogue about safeguarding children’s best interests and ensuring their right to a family, even in the face of global conflicts.
